Michael Armitage is a multifaceted musician pushing the envelope of modern music. Performing a diverse array of instruments and genres, Michael has played professionally across the UK, as well as touring in Europe.

With his musical origins beginning in Yorkshire, Michael returned to study at the Leeds Conservatoire, leaving with a BA (Hons) and an MA, both specialising in percussion. 

Michael now teaches both privately and in schools, whilst continuing his extensive and varied performance career.
